CD IS NEAR MINT, HAS ONE VERY LIGHT MARK ON THE BACK, BUT NO SCRATCHES OR FINGERPRINTS. Disc is still in it's original jewelcase, which has some light surface wear on the back, but no cracks or cut outs- 100% intact.
